The worst experience I have ever had
The property doesn’t exist. Confirmed by customer support who called the “owner” and they had no idea what vrbo even was. Then they booked me in a 2 star hotel for only one night AND it was a smoking room. To to bottom the WORST experience I’ve ever had during traveling. Now I get an email from support saying the owner confirmed I stayed at the location THAT DOESN’T EXIST. 0/10. You owe me money
