House within Conwy Castle Walls

A comfortable, nicely decorated house on a quiet street within the medieval town walls of Conwy. It is a couple of minutes walk to river front, and to the town centre with shops, restaurants, pubs,coffee shops, fish and chips and of course the medieval castle and houses. There are views of the Conwy waterfront and town walls from the house.
Two double bedrooms, cosy lounge with log burning stove, well equipped kitchen (oven and stove, dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge, microwave) and separate dining room provide space to relax in.
There is a downstairs WC, and bathroom with bath and shower upstairs.
Outside is a courtyard with table and chairs to sit outside.
There is no parking directly outside the house, but bags, guests and pets can be dropped off before parking.
You may find parking on the street, but this is limited especially in summer months; Conwy County Council provide several carparks in the town that are a couple of minutes walk from Isallt (locations are on their website). Prices are very reasonable and payment via the PayByPhone app is highly recommended.

The perfect getaway

Beautiful house, home from home
Lovely and spacious with everything you need. Location is brilliant to see Conwy and everything within walking distance or to go slightly further to Llandudno and snowdonia. I would definitely recommend staying here and would return.

A Gem of a Cottage!
An absolute gem of a cosy cottage perfectly situated in Conwy. Such a spacious, clean cottage with everything you could possibly need for your stay and more. Dog friendly with local dog friendly Morfa Beach very close by as well as Conwy Harbour and Castle Walls for local walks. We certainly recommend this 5 star cottage and would love to return next time we visit North Wales.

Conwy is amazing and a stay at this accomodation made the visit a 5 out of 5. The Welsh shower tap arrangements take a little working out but eventually we got there. Hosts were equally very good. Parking is a bit of a challenge with the narrow streets. Not really a problem though given there is adequate council parking only a few minutes away. The narrow streets are part of the authentic charm. Only one wish - we could have stayed longer.

Wonderful base for North Wales walking vacation
Impeccable cottage, in town, but quiet. Just a block off the Main Street, conveniences and shopping amazingly accessible. Could go on walks to Conwy Mountain and the North Wales Path from our front (red) door. The variety of activities is enjoyable- beach walk, mountain walk, berry picking, shopping at Fatface, castle views and walking the wall. We were here a week, and still had things on our list. The cottage is so spacious and well-appointed. Cozy, but with sunny views from the windows ( town wall and bay, as well as hills on opposite shore.) I love this place !

A nice bolt hole
A well presented property in Conwy town centre, behind the walls. Very handy for the town and nearby destinations. The street was quiet so we could relax. The decoration inside was good and the main room had a relaxed and cosy feel to it. We even lit a real fire. Slight niggles were the Wi Fi availability not always being good and parking overnight wasn't possible, due to the narrow road and lack of parking spaces . However parking on a Council car park is only a minute or so walk away and our car was safe enough there. These things are nothing the owner can do anything about I think, so overall don't let them put you off staying here. It's ideal if you want a central base to explore.

Conwy stay
The cottage was a wonderful place to stay! It's located in the centre of Conwy, with only a short walk to the restaurants and castle as well as the nearby hills, if you fancy a truly stunning hike. The house itself is comfortable and beautiful. It was a pleasure to stay here, and is somewhere I would love to return to.

A lovely stay
The cottage was extremely clean and beautifully decorated with themes of the sea. Everything in the cottage worked fine and the neighbourhood was as silent as Napoleon's tomb. (A Finnish compliment). A lot of restaurants, cafes and pubs in walking distance. Definitely a place to be recommended!

Wonderful
We adored our little Welsh cottage in Conwy. It's got miles of character, and is in a quiet location. Everything is close by--sea walk, castle, castle walls, restaurants and shops. We loved it. It's a comfortable, well-appointed place. We found it all very relaxing after the busyness of London, Edinburgh and York. It was a perfect spot to unwind before heading home. Thanks, Jo! (And I did have to separate my sisters. Sigh. . .) We loved it. Sam, Sharon and Bettyanne.
