Spring of 2024 the owners added a fire table for guests to enjoy!
This beautiful house is situated on a wooded lot with waterfrontage on Pequawket Pond. To access the waterfront, take the stairs through the backyard down to the water where you will find a seating area with access to a dock and swim platform and fire pit (permit required). From the waterfront you will be greeted with views of Mount Washington and possibly catch a glimpse of a loon! Property owner recently added a gas fire table for guest use. Please note, this property does not have a sandy beach. If a sandy beach is what you are looking for, you can walk or drive down the street to the private association beach on Pequawket Pond.

Main Level - Open living area with wood burning stove, dining area and fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, bedroom with full bed (sleeps 2) and 3/4 bathroom with shower.
Second Level - Bedroom with queen bed (sleeps 2) and walk-in closet, bedroom with 2 twin beds (sleeps 2) and full bathroom with double sink and combination tub/shower.
Lower Level - Spacious entertainment room with pool table and Foos Ball table option. Bedroom with twin size bunk bed (sleeps 2) and laundry room with washer and dryer.
Bonus Room (above the garage) - Master suite with queen bed (sleeps 2) and gas fireplace, sitting area with pull-out sofa (sleeps 2) and 3/4 bathroom with shower.
AMENITIES INCLUDE: Dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, internet, flat screen TVs, entertainment room with pool table and foosball table, waterfront with dock (early July 2022), swim dock, fire pit (permit required for wood burning fire pit) and propane fire table. Master suite above the garage, main level bedroom and second level will have AC units during the summer months. ***House is not fully air conditioned***. Spring of 2024 a new fire table was added to the property.
Available for weekend and weekly rentals during the Spring and Fall, weekly rentals in the Summer and a 6 month season rental during the Winter. Winter season rental $16,000 not including additional taxes, fees or utilities. Please contact us for more information.

Check-In: Will take place at the Select Real Estate office located at 445 White Mountain Highway, Conway, NH 03818. Check-in will take place any time after 4:00pm.
