I would give 6 stars if I could
The house was so cute and had everything we wanted. The hot tub is huge, the home theater had an awesome sound system, and the deck with the outdoor fireplace was a great place to chill. The hosts left us super clear notes and instructions for everything, they even left us a jar of cookie mix. The kitchen had plenty of cookware and tools. The local area had plenty of fun activities and lots of shops & restaurants. Overall a really awesome experience and we will definitely book again!

This house is second to none!
This is a beautiful property. Tom was very easy to work with, very responsive, and the house and amenities are second to none. We will DEFINITELY stay there again if we return to the area. One of the best rental places we've stayed for sure!!!

Cozy and clean
Great place to stay with the kids! (or just the adults) We had a wonderful weekend of tubing and making memories. The house was perfect and a great set up. The outdoor fire place was a favorite as well as the movie area in the basement. We loved staying here and we will certainly be back!

Beyond our expectations
Stay here! Very clean and professionally built and maintained. The ideal place for an authentic New Hampshire experience, a short drive to North Conway, and a great hot tub to relax in at the end of the day. We were pleasantly surprised about the heated floors and how nice the finished basement was. All in all, the perfect stay right in the heart of New Hampshire, at a reasonable cost!

Great house
We recently rented this house for a week in February. We had a total of 8 people ( 4 adults and 4 young children) It was very comfortable and convenient to North Conway. Everything is new and clean. Beds were comforable and there is a great selection of movies and games for everyone ! Owners were very easy to work with!

Beautiful property and location. Great family friendly vacation home.
We loved the 729. With our toddler, we can't leave the home for too long with naps and early bedtime. It was great to have a rental home that was so much fun to hang out in. The outdoor space is a ton of fun with the patio, hot tub, and fire pit. We also had so much fun in the furnished basement-- pinball, awesome TV, tons of DVDs! The home is comfortable and clean. The kitchen is well-stocked with utensils and supplies. We would recommend staying here and hope to return!

Awesome Easter Spring Vacation!
We thoroughly enjoyed staying in this beautiful home for the Easter School vacation! My husband recently passed away and the hospitality of Tom was over and above to make our stay great! The jacuzzi was wonderful. We used it twice a day. The accommodations were perfect for the 4 of us. The teenagers loved the pinball machine. I loved the deck and outdoor fireplace to have my quiet time while having a nice cup of coffee. Very much enjoyed the whole week. We made new memories with Tom's hlep and we will definitely come back again!

Best vacation rental I've ever stayed in
This is a beautiful property-- it feels like a home that someone has custom-designed for their own luxury get-away in the mountains. The home was spotless, and the owner has clearly gone to great time and expense to make it comfortable, beautiful, and highly functional. Amenities are new and go above and beyond with features like heated tiles, a new whirlpool, a high-end entertainment system, super-comfortable mattresses, and dishes you would want to use for your family Thanksgiving. Easy access to whatever you'll want to do in the area. The owner was also super-responsive to questions and helpful in giving us tips on the local scene. We would definitely recommend this to anyone, and would love to stay there again--

Great Ski Chalet!
We were the family sharing with during Feb school vacation. What a great week we had! It was so cozy with the fire place and the rooms were spacious for all. Our kids enjoyed the games and the large tv! The open kitchen and counter allowed us to make breakfast every day and have a few dinners at home. It's was a short ride into North Conway to shop, go out for dinner a couple of nights and close to many ski areas. We skied at Cranmore, Black & Bretton Woods, all were great! This cottage is in a peace location, it must be beautiful in the summer & fall. Thanks!

Beautiful Mountain Getaway for Everyone!
I hand't been to Conway, NH in over 10 years and couldn't have envisioned a better way to return after 1 decade than to stay at this property. The pictures don't even do it justice...you have to truly see this property to appreciate all it has to offer...like radiant heating under the tile floors! We went with our children and there was more than enough space for them to safely enjoy the property (they're toddlers) and my wife and I had plenty to enjoy when the kids were sleeping as well. Tons of fun for everyone, they have thought of everything you could ever imagine and then some: - 3D TV - Board games - Bar - PLENTY of room to sleep a bunch of people very comfortably - Phenomenal location to both Conway and North Conway (and all they have to offer) - Fire places inside and outside...yes, outside! - Far too many other perks...go check it out yourselves! We're looking forward to going back and, if you do find yourselves up there, be sure to check out Margarita Grill (it's about 30 minutes away) in Glen, NH I believe...well worth the trip!

Awesome house!
Booked this house for a cousin's get away. I am no stranger to renting vacation houses (esp in this area) and this house stands apart from them all. The detail, location and amenities are superb. Access to North Conway is easy and this home makes the perfect home base. I don't know if anyone has ever seen a dirty hot tub but it can be pretty nasty. This had what was probably the cleanest, most modern hot tub I have ever been in. The deck layout is great with the fireplace right in the social area. Outside is set up for BBQ and enjoying with friends. The basement alone blew me away. When we wanted to relax we enjoyed a couple movies in the basement which has a movie theater like system in it. Everyone was impressed by the movie selection and quality of everything in the house. The pin ball machine was a hit. The mattresses were excellent, and the kitchen very useable. I will definitely recommend this house to others and hope to stay here again!

Perfect Place for a relaxing & fun family ski weekend
This new yet rustic cabin was the perfect place for us and 3 twenty-something children and friends to have a really relaxing and fun family weekend. The setting and location feel remote and fairy-talish while being 5 minutes away from the restaurants and shopping of North Conway and a short ride to great skiing at Attitash. After great skiing (Stephanie, did you order the snow for us?), we returned to the beautiful, spotlessly clean, chalet to cook fajitas in the brand new kitchen. The radiant floors kept our feet warm and the wood stove made the place really warm and inviting. Upstairs is warm and rustic and beautifully finished with wood and stone. Downstairs, there's a huge, modern entertainment room where we played an arcade quality "Addams Family" pinball machine --- lots & lots of fun --- and watched movies from the huge DVD collection and the unlimited cable selection (We even got our fix of Househunters International!). There's also lots of board games and a bar downstairs. We then retired to very comfortable bedrooms with tempurapedic beds and slept like the dead in the secluded, quiet, wooded setting. As I mentioned above, everything was brand-new, attractive, and spotless. Stephanie was incredibly responsive, professional and even gave us a welcoming gift of pancake mix. This was a great place for a great weekend.

Annual family trip
We had a great stay for our annual family trip to the Conway area. Plenty of room and enjoyed the outdoor fire, and the finished basement was perfect on a rainy night for a movie. Tons of movies and games to chose from as well. The privacy was great and the owner very responsive to any questions. Would stay again for sure!

Great place, great location
We were looking for a home base for summertime fun in the White Mountains. This home was perfect. Close to town and close to mountains. The lake was great to cool off in after a fun day of hiking. Owners were super easy to deal with and incredibly responsive - even when we locked ourselves out. The home itself has everything you need, is very neat, and is furnished well for a vacation home. We loved the outdoor fire and the movie room. We definitely recommend.

Beautiful and clean! Packed with lots of extras!!
Our family was so happy with this house! The sleeping arrangements were a little tighter than expected, but everyone was very happy! The main living space was cozy and had plenty of seating for all of us. The kids loved the hot tub and the outdoor fireplace. And we had a great movie night in the theater area downstairt!! The owner was accessible by phone and very helpful. Although, we are still not sure what the purpose of EVOLVE is and would not want to stay at a place that used it again because of the extra fee. When I contacted them, they did not respond for 5 WEEKS!!

Perfect Cabin Retreat!
This was an amazing adventure for our family. The house is set up for all ages including small aged children. Endless board games and the theatre room is where the preteens spent their time. The adults enjoyed the hot tub and the bar to make a few cocktails and relax! The beds were clean and comfortable! The house was equipped with everything needed in the kitchen and more! Highly recommend this property for your northern vacation!

Family vacation
We loved everything about our stay at the 729. The house was beautiful and it had everything you could possibly need. Having access to the beach down at the pond was perfect for our family. The highlight of the trip for my kids was jumping off the floating dock and swimming. At night we enjoyed the outdoor fireplace, watching movies in the basement and the hot tub. We hope to return again.
