Every Thursday, the hot tub will be checked and serviced by our hot tub company. During this time, the hot tub may be unavailable for use. Thank you for your understanding!

PLEASE NOTE:
✫ We provide a starter supply of essentials (shampoo, body soap, hand soap, paper towels, and toilet paper), coffee, sugar, and creamer to help you settle in. These items are intended to get you through the first few days of your stay. If you anticipate needing more, please plan to bring additional supplies.

Cleaning: Our cleaners are taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations (doorknobs, surfaces, light switches, remote controls, tables, fan and lamp chains, thermostats etc).

The Neighborhood:
Conway, New Hampshire, nestled in the heart of the White Mountains, is a picturesque town renowned for its stunning natural beauty. Its charming downtown area offers a blend of historic architecture, quaint shops, and cozy eateries, attracting visitors year-round. Outdoor enthusiasts flock to Conway for its abundant recreational opportunities, including hiking, skiing, and snowboarding in the nearby mountains. With its vibrant community spirit and access to the great outdoors, Conway truly embodies the essence of New England living.

Getting Around:
15 minute drive to the restaurants and shops of downtown North Conway. 10-12 minute drive to the closest grocery store and drug stores.

Other Things to Note:
We have a Ring Doorbell Camera on the exterior of our property facing the driveway. There is another Ring Doorbell Camera located at the back entrance. This is not monitored but does record. We also have a Minut noise monitor system located inside the property in the kitchen/living room. This is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property, it does not record anything, and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. Minut is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. These are to keep all guests safe and to keep the property secure.
You must at least be 25 years old to book.
Please treat our house with the same respect as you would your own home. We’ve put a lot of effort into making this into a lovely space to be enjoyed by our guests. Be sure to maintain a good level of cleanliness throughout your stay, this will make it much easier when check-out time comes! Never leave children unsupervised at our property without any adults. Guests are fully responsible for the safety and security of their children at all times, as well as any disturbance caused to other residents in the neighborhood. Always report any accidental damages or breakages in a timely manner, especially before check-out. Please do not move any furniture from one room to another without agreeing to it with us first. Quiet hours are 9:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m. We have wonderful neighbors and it’s very important that all guests be respectful of them as well as other residents. Absolutely no house parties and or live music. Do not flush anything down the toilet except for toilet paper! No smoking, vaping or illegal drugs in or on property. Smoking is NOT allowed inside or outside the home. Please always use bathroom vents when showering and stove fan when cooking. Clean dryer vent after every use. No candles. Please do not use glass bottles when in the hot tub, we ask that you rinse your feet before getting in to maintain the cleanliness of our hot tub. Every Thursday, the hot tub will be checked and serviced by our hot tub company. During this time, the hot tub may be unavailable for use. You may not exceed the number of people specified at the time of booking. Please be considerate of the house and furniture. If you damage furniture or any items in the property, you will be responsible for the cost of the damage or replacement. Guests are to allow homeowner or service access to the property for purposes of repair and inspection. The homeowner will exercise this right of access in a reasonable manner and advise beforehand where possible. Guests are responsible for ensuring that any visitors comply with these House Rules. - Quiet hours are between 9:00 p.m. – 9:00 a.m. Please be very respectful of our neighbors; please no loud music at any part of the day. No more than maximum cars or guests are allowed in the home. No fireworks. No defacing of property. We kindly ask all guests, upon confirmation of their reservation, to complete the Guest Information form and acknowledge the Short Rental Agreement. These requirements are important for the smooth operation of our property and to ensure a pleasant stay for all guests. Have fun!
