Watercolors Retreat is located in The Inland House Condominium Association on the western shore of Crooked Lake, seven miles from Harbor Springs and a 10-minute drive from downtown Petoskey. A 30’ boat dock slip is available for weekly rental and is ideal for guests wishing to experience the freshwaters of Crooked Lake and the Inland Waterway. Next to The Inland House, public beach access is available to launch kayaks, paddle boards and other water toys. A public access site with a boat ramp and day parking for vehicles and trailers is a few minutes away. Personal property must be secured when not in use and boat trailers are required to be stored off site.

Quiet Lakeside Getaway
Every bit as nice as it appears. Photos are accurate. Very clean. Quiet, a perfect getaway. One warning - despite declining Accidental Damage Insurance multiple times during the booking checkout process we were charged $89. We immediately called the rental company and were told it's a mandatory charge (on their part). It's a very nice property - but that unnecessary charge just destroyed a bit of the value. Two 76 year olds reading books sitting by the lake do not need the coverage.
