"The studio was cozy, well-organized with supplies (coffee, tea, spices, bathrobes) and information about the area, and was exactly what we were looking for. The owner was very welcoming and always available to answer questions. Highly recommend this rental. "

" You drive on an unpaved road for quite a while to get to the Inn. Once you get there, there is the most beautiful place that looks like a large log cabin. It is right on the lake and there are trees everywhere. One of the most beautiful areas that I’ve been to. The room is huge and very comfortable. I also had a balcony that overlooked the lake. Perfect to sit with a glass of wine and stare at the sights."

"Angel's Rest is sooo peaceful. We had a delicious and super healthy breakfast in the breakfast nook, surrounded by lovely plants and a small fountain, looking out over the rolling hills of Western Mass. The fall colors were nice. "

"Easy check in, very clean and well stocked with everything needed. I was visiting my daughter at UMass who had to have knee surgery. There was lots of space for her to get around. It was also close to the University which was important for us as well."

The house was originally built in 1864 and completely updated in 2009

"This property is stunning. It fit our group of 14 perfectly. There are so many unique details and beautiful furniture. The kitchen was well-stocked for pots/pans/utensils/cleaning supplies which I always appreciate - makes group meals so much easier to manage. Quiet area, would be great all year round depending on what activities you like. Hot tub was a major highlight!"

"Jim at the front desk was excellent and welcoming. The restaurant is also excellent, though make sure to make reservations as it’s quite popular. The hotel is undergoing a needed facelift, so I won’t rate it on appearance at this point. The rooms with fireplaces have electric “fireplaces.” I thought they would be gas. Overall, we had a good stay. "
