"Personne pournois accueillir à notre arrivée, gîte souillé par un chat (excréments au sol, vomis sur les lits....). Le propriétaire n'a pas donné de draps propres quand il est venu nous voir le lendemain de notre arrivée. Les fenêtres sont cassées/fêlées. Le site est magnifique mais l'hôte n'est pas à la hauteur, il ne correspond plus aux photos malheureusement."

"dans un endroit magnifique nous avons fêté un anniversaire entouré par nos proches, ce moment de partage dans ce décor était parfait. Domaine très bien équipé, draps à disposition c top, jardin très bien entretenu et fleuri. Alors pour les chiens peureux c pas top, il y a pas trop loin des effaroucheurs pour oiseaux. Sinon séjour parfait !!!"

"Owner responded in a very cavalier fashion to issues at the property on out arrival. Failure to provide services eg wifi had a detrimental effect on our ability to enjoy a much looked forward to holiday. Clearly an end of season rental with some tired amenities and some cleaning issues."

"We stayed for two weeks and loved it here! We took two young children and our dogs and couldn’t have asked for a better home. The house is beautiful with everything you could need and the garden is great with plenty of space for games and dining. Great location with shops 2mins walking distance and 10min drive to angers. The host is lovely and cannot do enough for you. Highly recommend!"

"We transferred to this house after being let down by another. The owner communicated well (in French) with us as we made the transfer. Throughout the visit the owners communicated with us to ensure pool maintenance etc was not intrusive. A required repair was dealt with speedily and efficiently. The house is large with large grounds in a rural setting. The pool was heated to 26 degrees and maintained by the owner. It was the focus of our visit with the children and grandchildren. "The location is ideal - literally attached to the cathedral, walking distance from everything. Large apartment with a balcony. Highly recommend for anyone who wants to experience living in the centre of Angers. Couldn't have asked for much more."

"Tres belle maison de ville à moins de 15 minutes à pied du centre historique où nous avons passé un agréable séjour en famille. Maison de ville décorée avec goût, moderne et très agréable. Litterie de tres bonne qualité, et Maison tres propre . Petits points d’attention, des lattes sont à refixer concernant le lit 200x200, le frigo à vider entièrement(légumes moisis dans le bac du bas) et étoffer un peu plus la batterie de cuisine. Hormis cela, tout était très bien."

"Had a very comfortable 2 weeks at this venue. The space is both very functional, comfortable and beautiful. No corners have been cut, the use of wood throughout is very pleasing. There is a bakery and supermarket very close by but you’ll be back to the serenity of the terrace and garden in no time at all. Stan is a great host, very considerate and nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend a stay and I will look to book again!"
