"The person who met us upon our arrival was very nice and friendly but unfortunately our experience with the person who supposed to serve the breakfast was completely different. He helped us not only with an early check-in, but also helped us to organise an outstanding anniversary dinner with the best Italian wines, great food, and beautiful decorations.
