This cozy two-level property and a separate guest house, it's an ideal alternative for family vacations, romantic getaways, or group weekends. A perfect spot for large groups of up to 16 people.

Ground floor: On the first level of the house, you will find a fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms each with its own bathroom, 1 half bathroom and the main gazebo where our jacuzzi with heater is located.
Second level: On the second level you will find two rooms each with its own bathroom, another fully equipped additional kitchen and a private terrace where you can rest after a day full of adventures. From here, you can enjoy panoramic views of the surroundings.
Guest House: Just 10 steps from the main villa you can enjoy a guest house with 1 room, 1 full bathroom, 1 sofa bed and 1 full kitchen, ideal for small families or couples who value privacy.
Bedrooms for domestic staff & service: La Casita Del Arroyo has bedrooms for domestic service staff with independent bathroom. A perfect solution for families traveling with drivers and/or nannies.
Amenities included:
Cleaning and service staff: La Casita Del Arroyo has service staff residing within the property in a separate casita. They are at your disposal for cleaning and breakfast preparation at an extra cost (ingredients not included).
We also have one bedroom and dining area for service staff and employees, ideal for those wishing to attend with their nannies / housekeeper.
Mosquitos and insects: Our villa is fully equipped with meshes on all doors and windows, in addition we fumigate our property regularly. We recommend bringing repellents for the enjoyment of the outdoor areas.
Fully equipped kitchens: A kitchen for each equipped area with everything you need to prepare your favorite meals. We also have a gas and coal barbeque. Bring your favorite meats and enjoy your family!
Living and dining room: Our villa has 2 independent dining rooms (one on the 2nd level, and another at the guest house) and 2 in the main house with capacity for the whole group.
Jacuzzi: Immerse yourself in our hot tub located in the heart of our casita, the gazebo.
Constanza Climate: During the day, the atmosphere is naturally cool. The property has large windows that invite refreshing breezes through the space, creating a naturally cool and inviting atmosphere during the day. At night the temperatures can decrease so we recommend wearing coats.
Location: Our property is located in a privileged location, just steps from the Ébano Verde Scientific Reserve and El Arroyazo, just in front of your rooms you will find the emerald waters of our beautiful river.
