"it was an average stay, I mean what can you expect form a 3* in RO. I know the hotel since it was being build, but this was the first stay. covid rules are quite optional since the owner of the hotel and the senior staff are not using any masks. I grew up in Constanta and I’d inevitably be biased in my opinion. It’s always a pleasure to visit it. There are many things that could be done by the local government to improve the city and that it’s been happening for a while now.

Definitely a place to visit during the summer season, it's a bit of a ghost town during off-season visits. Looks great overall, would be great to visit again during the summer. More of a driving than walking city, but there is public transportation.
