Lake Forest Falls, an 80 +Acre Lake is a private lake. Guest are allow to fish and swim but NOT allow to use any motorized boats/jetskis on the lake. If you are fishing, we ask you to catch and release please! We do supply paper towels, toilet paper, soap, and trash bags up to a weekend stay. We have a charcoal grill on site but do not supply charcoal or lighter fluid.

Come relax at our adorable Lakeside bungalow. We believe the best vacation is one that takes you away from home, but has that feeling of home. Located in Lake Forest Falls, just 1.7 miles from Lake Conroe and 1.5 miles from B52 Brewery. A feel at home lake house fully-equipped & adorably decorated. Our Bungalow sleeps eight people comfortably. The large kitchen is great for entertaining, comes complete with pots, pans, dishes, etc. Two sofa's with all smart tvs & High speed internet. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms offers linens, towels and plenty of room for eight . A game room for playing all your favorite games. The Large front deck is great for having coffee in the morning and cocktails at night. Enjoy the back deck and play croquet or BBQ on this half acre lot. We are located just a few miles on the southern shores of Lake Conroe where you can find boat rentals, Lake Conroe Park, Marble slab creamery, Starbucks, Fajita Jacks, Papas on the lake and many other restaurants. Just 7 miles away is Historical Montgomery where there are antique shops, wineries and restaurants . Experience downtown Conroe where there is dining, live music, festivals, shopping, only 9 miles from Lakeside Bungalow. Our Lakeside Bungalow is a comfortable and affordable lake house for a weekend or week.

Had a nice stay! Was very convenient and accommodating for us to attend the family wedding in Willis! Only advise would be there needs to be more towels for use and picture of dock and swing was a bit misleading, thought it was on this property. But, I should have asked. thank you

Great house and neighborhood
we brought our 4 teens/young adults and had a wonderful weekend. The community activities on the weekend before July 4 were such an added bonus! Everyone was so nice and welcoming. Our stay was very enjoyable, the owner was responsive and helpful. Only complaint was there were no paddles for the kayaks. Other than that we had no issues and would come back in a hearbeat.

We had a great time during our stay. I went with 2 other families and we all had our own private spaces as well as a great communal area to hang out. If we ever have an event in this area I would definitely consider this place again. Owner was always in contact with us which was great. Thankfully nothing came up but I know they would be there if there was. 10/10 stay

Best little hide away
This is the perfect little escape if you want to get off the grid for a few days. The house was exceptionally clean and the owner was friendly and responsive to any message I sent him. My friend loved it as well. We drank coffee/tea on the front porch as a neighbor waved Hello one morning. Definitely going back! Julia

Pros and cons
While we enjoyed our stay and the house was a perfect fit for us there were some issues. There were only two dish towels and only two washcloths in each bathroom. It would be helpful to have more. The WiFi WAS NOT WORKING. A roach crawled out of one of the beds. There were long strands of hair in this bed also. In trying to find the roach we noticed how dirty it was under the beds. The dryer vent had not been cleaned in a long time. The outdoor commons area was filthy. There was a dirty ash tray with butts in it and the big fan would not work . The grass desperately needed cutting. It was obvious none of the outdoor areas were prepared for guests. We got some use out of the canoe which was fun!
