Brand new listing! Spacious 2400 sq ft open floorplan, contemporary home full of interest and art. Beautifully designed and in a great location, just minutes away from I-45 and all the happenings in The Woodlands: Waterway, Pavilion, The Woodlands Mall, Market Street, The Woodlands Resort Golf, Old Town Spring and great trails. Just 11 miles to Lake Conroe where you can rent boats, jet skis and other water sporting equipment…or bring your own!

Come enjoy the comforts of a modern home, with two living areas. The main living room equipped with collapsible windows leading to a beautiful outdoor deck, BBQ and gas firepit. Perfect family get-a-way with 3 bedrooms (all with queen beds), 3 full baths and two oversized sofas. Enjoy the numerous adventures of The Woodlands (4 miles away), Conroe (11 miles away) or the Houston downtown area (25 miles away). Maximum of total of 8 guests are allowed in the home.

Home includes: Kitchen supplies and dishes, 2 TVs (with Netflix, Prime, Hulu , Disney), high speed WiFi, washer/dryer, 3 bathrooms with fresh towels and hairdryers/curling irons. Coffee, tea, hot chocolate and snacks provided with each rental.

Pets can be considered (2 MAX), but ONLY with full disclosure and property manager approval. To keep the property in good condition an additional pet cleaning fee will be applied. We make every effort to maintain an extra clean and fresh environment.

Note: There are ring cameras pointed to the front of the property for security purposes. No cameras are located inside the property or any outside gathering area. Guests prohibited from tampering with, or covering any front security camera. Tampering with the device can result in a property manager trip charge to correct the issue. The rental includes the house only, the garage is not available for use.

Amazing Property Near The Woodlands
This was an amazing home near The Woodlands! Sherri was a wonderful, very communicative host. The home was incredibly well stocked with everything you would need, very spacious and clean. The location was great, very close to The Woodlands. Would definitely recommend this property to others!

Great stay!
The house was perfect for our sibling reunion. Three couples worked perfectly here. The house is beautiful and clean and had everything we needed. Sherri is a fantastic host. Highly recommended. Would stay here again for sure.

Breath of Fresh Air
What a wonderful stay. This place was not only beautifully designed, but provided a sense of comfort in every room. We were excited to walk through the door to see every little detail wonderfully executed. Sherri was our point of contact and she was extremely responsive and super sweet. I definitely recommend this home for comfortable stays in Houston, not to mention, close to the Woodlands shopping and restaurants.

Perfect Game Baseball Trip
Reasonable distance from Premiere fields. Tough to find a nice / safe home or hotel any closer to Premier so it’s worth a little drive to be in a nice home in a nice neighborhood. It was tucked away a bit, well off of the interstate, but in a good area and safe neighborhood so that was fine. Very clean and neat looking property. Locking mechanism on the door was a little tricky, and secondary shower had a little draining issue. Neither item major. Owner communication was solid using canned updates and check-ins with us over our stay. We enjoyed our stay. We will certainly look at this home again for future tournaments at Premier. I would recommend this property to fellow baseball families playing in PG events.

Amazing Property
We were thrilled with every aspect of our stay! The property was adorable, extremely clean, and fully stocked with anything we'd need. It was comfortable and welcoming with natural light during the day and cozy at night. Location was convenient and the neighborhood was pretty with lots of trees. Check in and check out were a breeze. The property manager is incredibly sweet and went out of her way to make our stay the best! We will definitely stay here again if we are visiting the area.

This is a stunning new build property. Literally the only thing missing is a pool. Sherri was fantastic and communicative the whole way through. Will certainly stay again if ever in the Conroe area.

Great Stay
My family and I stayed here and were very pleased with the home. It was well-stocked and the amenities were perfect. Upon arrival we were welcomed with various snacks and liquid refreshments. We enjoyed the outdoor fire pit. The owner was quite communicative before, throughout and after the stay and very responsive to any inquiries we had. Note that the primary bedroom does not have a closet available. There were luggage racks in each room.

We had 6 adults staying at Sherri's beautiful home and there was plenty of space for all of us. It is spotless, well stocked and the kitchen is well equipped. Sherri is great! She very helpful and easy to get in touch with. We will definitely stay here again.

Sherri the owner was wonderful. Very communicative. The property and decor are amazing. Beds were comfy also. A beautiful escape away. (There have been dogs in home so if allergic that is worth noting). A lovely stay!

Wonderful Weekend
My friends and I had an absolutely wonderful ladies weekend. The house is gorgeous, clean, and the photos represent it perfectly. Sherri was an excellent communicator, and checking in and out was very easy. The 3 bedrooms and bathrooms are excellent. I would say that it would be most ideal for 6 people or less so everyone can use a bedroom. The sofas were perfectly fine, however light coming in from the large windows in the living areas might bother some people. The bedrooms have lovely blackout curtains. Overall my friends and I had a wonderful time, and we would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely perfect stay
From the moment we walked in the doors, we fell in love with this gorgeous, modern home. The two living spaces were perfect for the kids and adults. The kids loved the games and colors provided. The kitchen was extremely well equipped. We didn’t cook while we were there, but there looked to be everything you’d ever need if you did. The snacks/waters/coffee/tea provided was so welcoming and so nice to have when just getting in from a long road trip. We also loved having three separate bathrooms and comfortable beds. The house is decorated with such great taste and the space is incredible. The pups were delighted to have a great yard to hang out in and enjoyed the mats and treats. I really have zero negative things to say about this place and our stay. The house is tucked away in a large neighborhood but is so close to everything The Woodlands area has to offer. The host was so accommodating and only a text away should we need her for anything. Truly a perfect stay. Thank you Sherri!

Graduation Family Trip!
Sherri's place was absolutely stunning! She was an excellent host! Although, we had a few concerns upon arrival, Sherri was able to immediately address them right away. Her home is located in a more isolated area near the woods, but peaceful and quite. It is very modern and stylish filled with many amenities. It truly felt like being at home away from. And the patio... OMG! relaxing! I can't say enough about this spot. We will definitely return if ever in the Houston area again. Monique A.

Location is great, just a short drive to the Woodlands, but set in a nice quiet community. The home was very clean and well stocked, Sherri even left some treats and a water bowl for the pups. The kids really enjoyed the loft upstairs with the games. The home stayed nice and cool for our summer stay, even with all of the windows (which light up the house beautifully). We did have to prop some tiles up by the gate around the side to keep the pups from escaping, not a complaint, just a warning for anybody else with curious pets. Sherri was super quick to respond with any questions and always pleasant. We very much enjoyed our stay and would 100% book this place again!

Modern Stay within Minutes from The Woodlands Mall
Came in town to see family in the area and your home was so accommodating to the tee. I can't say enough about location, location, location. Literally minutes away from any restaurant you desire and a peaceful drive back to your home sans traffic. The home was just what we needed to wind down from our hectic schedule. A Modern home with great open floor plan, a wall of tall windows to have a clear view of outdoor entertainment area, each room impeccable and equipped with toiletry items guests could use. Nice touch with the snacks and bottled water provided for our stay. Sherri was on point with keeping us informed with all the specifics of our stay/checkout and even sent us a link to events happening in The Woodlands area before our arrival. This is the kind of management and thoughtfulness you would expect from any host. We will be back, thanks Sherri. PS - Your home design was very desirable, loved that no space was wasted.

The getaway you didn’t know you needed
Weeks before booking our stay Sherri the owner reached out and provided information for our trip and was helpful with the many questions I had. Sherri was incredibly helpful with booking, and was very thoughtful when it came to our needs. My family and I stayed at the Sherri’s home for 2 nights, and loved every minute of it. The home was clean and offered a nice open space, plenty of room for our family. Every feature of the home was so elegant and exceeded our expectations. The rooms were beautiful, and don’t even get me started on the bathroom designs, they were beyond amazing. By far the best rental I’ve ever stayed in. Sherri left snacks and even a coloring book for my son (I can’t praise this woman enough). She also left makeup wipes for the girls in the house (definitely came in handy). I had questions during our stay regarding the fire pit, where to access certain things and Sherri answered right away with a helping hand. These are the kind of thoughtful things you can expect during your stay. It was nice to be able to relax in such a peaceful environment from the house itself to the location and beautiful scenery it is surrounded by. We are so grateful to have had such a thoughtful, kind host. We will be back for another stay soon. Thank you again Sherri, my family appreciates you!
