"The Mahone Bay Beach House was the perfect place to start our vacation in Nova Scotia. It is an easy drive from Halifax Airport and immediately welcomed us in to relax on the deck, inhale the fresh coastal air and take in the sounds of the birds and boats in the harbour. The house is just as advertised with all the amenities available and a nice cheery decor. The master bedroom has a terrific view over the water. After a short sunny nap on the deck we walked down the street and had a nice dinner...

"The Overlook was the perfect spot to explore and enjoy the beauty of the southern shore and lighthouse trail. It's close to great swimming beaches, and we enjoyed checking out "The Ovens", Rose Bay General Store, and Hirtles Beach! Some wonderful meals in Lunenberg (the Beach Pea was awesome!) and Mahone Bay (Oh my Cod!). An amazing family vacation with lots to see and do in the area."
