Comfortably furnished villa with private pool in the pine-forest behind the Urb. Roche for 5 persons, with wifi Precious villa with private pool and garden.
On 90sqmtrs you have a bathroom, three bedrooms and a spacious living-room and kitchen. The whole plot has some 700sqmtr and is nicely arranged with the garden, porche, barbecue and the pool of at least 8 x 4 mtrs. The beds a generous with 150 x 190cm for the double and 4 single beds.
To the dream-beaches of Roche it is just 3-4KM = 4-5min by car. In Roche you also have restaurants and a few shops and supermarket. To Conil it is a short 6KM-drive.

Wir haben zwei ganz ...
Wir haben zwei ganz tolle Wochen im Casa Bartolo verbringen dürfen. Übergabe hat trotz Herausforderung mit Sprache unkompliziert geklappt. Auf ein Missgeschick mit dem Hausschlüssel unsererseits haben die Vermieter speditiv und mit Verständnis reagiert. Das Haus liegt in einer relativ einfachen Umgebung, jedoch gut abgeschirmt vom Wind. Strände sind 10-15min mit Auto entfernt. Supermarkt weniger als 10min. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden, ideal v.a. für Ferien mit Kindern. Ausstattung in Küche eher dürftig, ist jedoch jammern auf hohen Niveau. Aus unserer Sicht eines der besten Preis- Leistungsverhältnis welches wir je gebucht haben.

Auszeit im Herbst
Die Unterkunft hat uns prima gefallen. Das Haus ist wunderbar ausgestattet und besonders für Kinder ein Traum (Schaukel und Basketballkorb). Die Lage war für uns gut, da man das Meer und die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten mit dem Auto in 10 min erreichen konnte. Uns hat die etwas „abgelegenere Lage mit Abenteuerweg“ gut gefallen und wir haben die Ruhe sehr genossen. Besonders die Kinder waren vom freundlichen Vermieter mehr als begeistert, da sie mit ihm die Hühner füttern durften und Orangen ernten durften. Die frischen Eier und Früchte durften wir sogar behalten. Der Vermieter kümmert sich sofort um alle Anliegen, hält den Pool und den Garten sauber und war sofort zur Stelle als der Sturm eine Palme umgerissen hat. Zur Freude der Kinder hat er ein Chamäleon gerettet und den Kindern gleich gezeigt. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt!

Ha sido una semana genial !! La casa esta apartada por lo que es una zona muy tranquila y a la vez esta cerca del centro de Conil y de playas y calas. Nuestros pekes se han divertido dando de comer todos los dias a las gallinas y por supuesto de la piscina y el jardin al que no le falta de nada. Destacar la amabilidad de sus dueños, siempre pendientes de que no faltara nada y estuvieramos a gusto. Esperamos poder volver,

Sehr schöner Rückzugsort
Auch wenn das Wetter nicht ganz so mitgespielt hat, ein wunderbares Anwesen mit großem Garten (für den Hund), schönem Pool und einer oft genutzten Terrasse. Wir waren das 7te/8te Mal in der "Ecke" - das war bis jetzt das BESTE Haus.

La casa está mejor que en las fotos, limpia y perfectamente equipada. No le falta un detalle. El exterior es maravilloso y con niños es un paraíso, tiene además del terreno que se ve en las fotos, otra parcela con gallinas y frutales, los peques han disfrutado recogiendo huevos! Casa espectacular
Las fotos no hacen justifica a Casa Bartolo. Es una casa preciosa, muy bien equipada y todo está muy cuidado. Quizás necesite algún ventilador más porque hacía mucho calor, pero ha sido fantástico alojarse allí.

Vacaciones increíbles
Hemos pasado unas vacaciones increíbles en Conil y en Casa Bartolo. La casa está genial, tiene todo lo que necesitas,una piscina estupenda y un jardín con barbacoa para disfrutar en el porche de una buena cena. Esta un poco apartado del pueblo,para nosotros genial porque es un lugar súper tranquilo y relajante. Repetiremos!

Estancia maravillosa.
La casa es una pasada y a esto le acompaña q sus propietarios son muy amables, cercanos y dispuestos a ayudar en todo!! La parte exterior es maravillosa, con una piscina muy limpia, césped muy cuidado, un porche estupendo y zona de barbacoa. Además está muy cerquita de un montón de playas,. Hemos pasado 10 días en familia estupendos!!! Totalmente recomendable!!!
