"The staff were very accommodating. We arrived 6 hours later at midnight and they welcomed us kindly. The property was clean, breakfast was simple yet adequate, shuttle service was efficient and took the stress out of travelling. Great little local area with mall and food options. Very good cost effective option. "

"Ms front deck manager Christine Zheng, and all hotel staff included front deck staff, housekeeping, driver, night manager and restaurant team are very friendly, helpful and patient. All smiles and well greets Excellent to Holiday Inn and well done to your hotel team. One area of improvement for Expedia booking APP, information misleads and indicated the hotel located near Beijing Road Pedestrian Street (walking distance from hotel)….in actual fact it’s very far away @50 minutes from hotel….resulted need to traveling in and out via local taxi which cost @¥230 per trip (included ¥19 toll fee) or 2 ways ¥500 daily……Screenshot shared with Ms Christine Zheng.
