"The steps you encounter are not mentioned. And are near vertical. A ladder brings you up to the back garden. The door to the property is the only way in or out and the only daylight. Steps down to the kitchen. 3 foot fall to bathroom and dungeon style chamber. Lightning is extremely limited and everything is painted black. No steps provided to get into bed. Great if you’re in your 20’s and don’t want to sleep. Great if you want a swinging party of 6 guests. Not great if you’re in your 50’s...

"The property was totally as described, very spacious, well furnished and comfortable. It's perfectly placed for an easy 5min stroll into the beautiful centre of Looe. The outside space was lovely. Coffee at the table in the morning was so peaceful and the smell from the honeysuckle of an evening was amazing! "The apartment is probably the most comfortable we have ever stayed in. Rooms are much larger and inviting than presented in the pictures. Very well located from two very cute towns: Boscastle and Tintangel, with the coastal walk literally in front of the house. "I love Looe & have stayed in other apartments within rock towers and have always found them to be perfect, unfortunately no.7 was very tired looking not as clean as it should be & bed very uncomfortable that resulted me sleeping on settee! I feel a washing machine would be more useful than a dishwasher!"

"We stayed for a short break of 2 nights. Lovely little cabin at the end of owners' property, not overlooked, very private and absolutely quiet. The only noise came from birds and sheep! In the cabin was everything you'll need such as microwave, toaster and kettle, even one electric hob. Comfy bed and TV with Freeview. Shower of course. No Wifi but my phone worked on mobile data. Lovely owners, available if there are questions. Would absolutely recommend. Thank you Lynn xx"
