"What I liked most was the superb view and the friendliness of the staff. Rooms are quite big and air conditioning allows you to warm it up in case it gets cold. Location is only 5 minutes drive from Amelia town. The restaurant in there is at the moment closed, anyway the host was also very kind on suggesting another very good restaurant in Amelia."

"a wonderful place for a holiday. we were two families of 8 people. We were enchanted by the place. the swimming pool was the icing on the cake after a day full of impressions. We highly recommend it to people and families who are looking for an atmospheric, magical place. the hosts were very nice and helpful. We regret that our vacation lasted only two weeks. I will add that the base was great, less than 10 km to the A1, so it was very nice. We also greet the hosts."

"I was only staying for two nights to explore the area. I found the accommodations to be excellent. Everything was very clean and convenient. The host was very helpful during check-in and when I had a few questions during my stay. So much space to utilize in this rental! For a larger party it would be perfect. The grounds were immaculate and even had some features for young children to play. The views from the back yard are amazing looking over the valley! I would definitely come and stay here...

"John is a very responsive and helpful host responding quickly eg when we had some storm damage. The kitchen is very well equipped and the welcome pack was a nice touch. Swimming pool was great and the site is well maintained. It would have been helpful to have photographs of the bedrooms on the website. Collevecchio is a lovely friendly hilltop village with great access to Rome. Good local amenities like the lively cafe and supermarket"
