"This hotel was so nice! From the couple of phone calls I made prior to checking in, to walking into the lobby, to coming and going and to checkout, the staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful !!! So very nice! It felt like walking into a movie set in the lobby and the room! Very pleasant atmosphere and experience the entire stay! "The rooms are large and sound proof. It's nice having a coffee maker and fridge in the room. The beds are comfortable. I love the floor to ceiling windows that have beautiful city views. My only complaint is that the water pressure overall isn't good. It wasn't good for the bathroom sink or in the shower."

"It was good.Except for a few homeless people who interrupted breakfast on Sunday morning by coming in and taking all the food. Then trashing the main entrance by throwing food at the front door window because they were ask to leave by the owner. Don’t know how they got in but security needs to be in place for customers and clients."
