"Staff were all helpful, friendly and always welcoming and approachable. Nothing too much trouble and they made the effort to get to know you. The childrens entertainment team were excellent, they put enthusiasm into everything they did, despite doing it everyday they always put the same amount of energy and effort in as if it was the first time. Rooms were clean and views of the mountains wonderful, peaceful and beautiful. Pool area always clean. Restaurant was excellent, good choice of food...

"Having booked a night at this so called hotel, we arrived at 15.45 and noticed that the hotel seemed to be closed. We waited outside until 19.10 and still noboody arrived to open the hotel .All the shutters were shut and all doors locked. We then had to find alternative accommodation ,very expensive when arriving off the street. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. "
