When there were issues with the property (air con) someone was out within 15 minutes to check it out, being on a Sunday no engineers were avaiable, but we were provided a fan and dehumidifier within a couple of hours to make the stay more comfortable, then egineers came out as soon as possible the next day. For check in, I didn’t get answer on messages through hotels.com, but the owner answered quickly by WhatsApp. At arrival around seven, we met the owner (?) and another guest that had stored luggage in our room and was just about to collect it. "Stefania was amazing and incredibly attentive, the house was lovely though not quite what we expected from the photographs and description, the bedrooms are lovely and it's been very nicely decorated however the kitchen area doesn't get much light, you need a light on all the times. In the description it mentioned there were 2 bathrooms, however, the second bathroom was a small outside shower at the bottom of the garden. Lovely beaches nearby definitely recommend if you want a chilled beach...
