The villa is a very good size and is finished in local style with everything that we needed. It catches the sun from dawn to beautiful dusk. There are two very good restaurants within 50 metres, one each side of the property. Both have fantastic al fresco views overlooking the coast. Le Bonta del Conca sells amazing home-made gelato. The shop underneath Le Bonta has a good deli counter as well as mainstream groceries, so everything is on hand. There is a car park for visitors about 100m away; 20euro per day. It's worth mentioning that the restaurants and shop do not charge extortionate prices (like other towns on the coast)! Overall, Conca dei Marini is a little oasis in the hubbub of the Amalfi coast. Let the bus take you to Amalfi then catch the cheap(ish) ferry boats to the other towns which are nearly impossible to park in. Should also say that we enjoyed the fruits direct from the 'strawberry tree' in the garden.

Amazing stay in Conca di Marini
This villa is stunning. I would suggest the pictures do not do it justice. Absoutely perfectly appointed, the grounds and patios provide the most breathtaking views, sunsets amd sunrises as you wakeup and look out of your bedroom french doors. We slept with the doors and windows open each night as the temperature was perfect. The communication with propert hosts was incredible, before and durning. Francesca was always availbe to amswer every question we had regardless if it was restaurant recommendations, local transportation schedules, helpful hints you name it. We arrived earlier than check in however Francesca steered us to La Bonta her hisbands restaurant i believe and they took amazing care of us while we waited, then drove us the short distance to the house. It was easily walkable but they insisted. And La Bonta restaurant is superb as well. We dined there 3 times in 5 days. Not because we had to, becUse it is ama?ing. Gra?ie to all we met.

Beautiful view and location itself is great in Conca, a small town on the Amalfi coast. The property is nothing fancy, but with a large deck with that kind of view is more than enough. The kitchen had almost anything you need for a short stay and we would definitely have no reservation staying there again.

Relaxed Getaway
My husband and I had an absolutely fantastic time at this property. The view was absolutely breathtaking and the size was perfect for the two of us. We fell in love with the charming town of Conca dei Marini and had the opportunity to take a stunning sunset boat tour from the Conca beach. Additionally, we were able to explore the nearby towns of Amalfi and Ravello, which added even more magic to our already incredible stay.

Lovely Villa With Sea Views
We loved our stay at this lovely villa in Conca Dei Marini. Check in was easy. It was close to several restaurants, Piccadilly's coffee bar, and grocery's were within an easy walking distance. Everyone we met was so friendly. There are some stairs you need to climb to reach the villa. We are in our mid 70's and it was not a problem for us. We did use private paid parking as parking can be an issue. Good communication. Nice gardens to enjoy and loved the outside sitting areas. My only issue was there were so many ants in the rental. We were very careful not to leave out any food or crumbs, but the ants were still there.

Great place to stay to avoid the crowds of the Amalfi coast yet experience the local life.
The property was beautiful and in a great location. We enjoyed walking just up the street to have breakfast at the local cafe or dinner at the local restaurant, just as much as sitting on the patio enjoying a glass of wine and local meat we bought at the butcher who is across the street. We loved the area, as it sits in between Positano and Amalfi, so we were able to visit both easily. There is also a scooter rental just in front of the property. While I didn't from there, I would recommend renting a scooter to visit the local towns if you are able to. Parking and driving are much easier on a scooter. We would book here again if we visit.

Well positioned villa for exploring the Amalfi Coast
This villa is located well for a stay on the Amalfi Coast. The local bus to/from Amalfi stops nearby. The bus also takes you to the start of The Path of The Gods walk. The local shop and restaurant are a short walk away, as is the paid parking for the villa. The villa itself is clean and well kitted out, with lovely views to the sea.

Amazing Place to Stay!
We booked this little Villa last minute and it didn’t disappoint. The views were absolutely beautiful, the gardens on the property were gorgeous and everything was carefully thought out throughout the house. Centrally located between Amalfi and Positano, made it easy to see and experience everything that is cool about the Amalfi coast. Highly recommend…

This was a great location in Amalfi if you don’t want to be in a super crowded location. Not a great location to get to the beach or to go on excursions from. We had a car. There is a lot of shade on the property which was also nice.

Lovely Place on the Amalfi Coast
Our family of four (2 parents & 2 teen daughters) really enjoyed staying here. While only a 1 bedroom, both rooms & the closet were large enough it wasn’t a problem. Plus having the large outdoor area makes the place feel even larger and we enjoyed drinks & food on the patio after a wonderful day. We loved being in the little town of Conca dei Marini with a restaurant, grocery store and convenience store less than a block away but also located in the middle of the sites we wanted to see - Amalfi, Ravelo, Positano and even Pompei one day.

We loved our stay!
We had an absolute blast. The villa was perfect for the 2 of us(4 would be too many in our opinion). The town had a cafe up the hill where we had pastries and tea in the morning and happy hour every night with a spectacular view of the sea. There were 2 restaurants that were very good. Once you come down the steps of the villa there was 1 to the right and 1 to the left. The one to the left was small and personal with the best fresh pasta. The one to the right was good but a bit more commercialized. There was also a very small market to the left (water, soda, wine, beer). And a bigger one down the hill to the right. We visited there most days and stocked up on our fresh bread, eggs, food etc. Below the villa is a scooter rental where we rented a scooter for 4 days. Also across the street from there is a butcher that we bought from as well. We toured the coast for 4 days on scooter and thoroughly enjoyed every small town in the vicinity. If you like to relax and do things on your own schedule at your leisure you will enjoy this villa and the area.

Tranquil Oasis
We spent a month in this superb property. We enjoyed our breakfast on the patio every morning, taking in the beautiful scenery from our own oasis. From walking the alleys and steps of this fabulous village to days spent at the stunning beach, we had a most relaxing time. We had to drag ourselves away to visit the well known and stunningly beautiful nearby towns of the Amalfi Coast. We needed to be patient with the public transport but we had some memorable days out in places like Amalfi, Ravello, Atrani, Praiano and Positano. Everything has been thought of in the house. Nothing was missing to make you feel at home. Attention to detail made for a most comfortable stay. The rooms have a bright, spacious feel and are very attractively furnished and spotlessly clean. The gardens of this oasis are worth a visit in themselves. We were so lucky to visit when there was so much colour to enjoy. Conca dei Marini itself is a gem on the coast. Stunning views, friendly local people and lovely to return to after the busy pace of days out. We enjoyed some fabulous food at the excellent Bonta del Capo restaurant, friendly local Nino’s Trattoria, Bar Santa Rosa and three great restaurants on the beach. And for nights dining on the beautiful patio, the kitchen is well supplied with utensils and the local supermarket and butcher can supply you with all the ingredients needed. In short, this property is a gem. Thank you Sonja and Nicoletta for enabling us to have a lovely stay here and special thanks to Miriam who is the local contact and was so cheery and efficient also. We highly recommend a stay here and would love to return some day ourselves.

Sanctuary on the Amalfi coast
The garden villa is exactly what is shown. My wife and I just concluded an 8 night stay there over Easter. We always looked forward to returning from our explorations to our peaceful home in Conca. Home has everything you need and lots of room in bedroom and main room to stretch out. We appreciated the washer for our laundry. Little market just down the street remarkably stocked for things you need. Not outrageously priced either which was nice. We tried both Le Bonta del Capo and the Trattoria La Piazza da Nino which are very close and food was amazing and the views were outstanding. We did not have a car and used SITA bus exclusively. The only day we had transportation difficulty was day after Easter when we learned that day is a holiday and buses run on a very reduced schedule. We did not rent a car and I was glad for it. It is very difficult to park and the roads are EXTREMELY narrow; Scooters seems to have a death wish and fly in and around cars.. Frequently cars have to go backwards to make room for each other. I, myself, was happy we did not get a car. Be prepared to walk stairs to get to beach. There are some shuttles that run from villa down to main road to ease some of them. In short we had a great time and recommend this property as it was like an oasis amidst the busyness of other towns along the coast.

Lovely villa in delightful gardens
We had a really relaxing stay here. The villa is ideal for 2 people but can sleep 4. The gardens are a delight and there are sweeping views of the Med from the terrace and from your bed when you wake in the morning. There are 2 great restaurants within a short walk plus a small supermarket which sells most things. The villa is very central on the Amalfi Coast but away from all the crowds. We would go here again.

Villa with a VIEW!!
We absolutely loved our 8 night stay at this sweet little villa!! Private, complete with a gate that locks for piece of mind. Large veranda with AMAZING views as pictured! Cozy villa stocked with kitchen essentials including dish washer. A television that we didn’t think we would use but did, & thoroughly enjoyed the movies in the home library as well as the selection of novels. Thank~you! It has great storage in the hall for hanging clothes & storing suitcases & a couple of small dressers w/drawers in the bedroom. Good reading lights in bedroom. The bathroom was spotless. Nice area to put toiletries by sink & extra light above vanity for make up application. Shower has great water pressure & again spotless!! Supermarket is within a 5 minute walk & a pizzaria, & local bus stop. We thoroughly enjoyed a few meals at close by Le Bonta del Capo!! ✨ Sooo good!! A MUST!! We appreciated our meeting with sweet Fran at our arrival so she could fill us in on the villa & bus schedules, store hours etc! etc! Anything & everything we needed she responded to quickly & professionally!💞 Thank~you Fran 💞 A separate room to the washer & home recycling centre. Almalfi Coast Transfers made for an easy, relaxing drive with a professional driver to Salerno to catch our train which ended our stay on the Almalfi Coast perfectly✨ Last but not least, Piccadilly Ceramics is a local bus ride away, a great Family business with stunning selection! We can’t wait to have ours delivered to our home in Canada 🇨🇦 We were happy with our decision to rent this villa, it did not disappoint and is exactly as pictured. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Lovely gite set in a beautiful garden with stunning views
This gite was fantastic. Tastefully furnished, very clean and well equipped and the gardens are beautiful. Miriam our host was so kind and welcoming and was always on hand to help and advise. The meal at her husband Antonio's restaurant Le Bontà del Capo is an absolute must, lovely food overlooking the sea. Conca dei Marini is a lovely little place, less commercial than Positano and Amalfi with a really nice atmosphere and a more authentic Italian vibe than the more touristy spots. The scenery along the whole Amalfi coastline is absolutely breathtaking, amongst the prettiest places we have ever been. The best way to see it is definitely by boat. Fantastic holiday, would definitely like to return.

Very clean, spacious for 2 people. Modern kitchen and furnishings. Lovely bathroom. Great outdoor sp
Thoroughly enjoyed the villa and the location albeit 500 steps to the main Amalfi Road, however local transport pretty reliable. Great food and service at local restaurant and the Trattoria in the small Piazza. Supermarket very well stocked. Locals very friendly and helpful.Only minor complaints are that could do with air conditioning in the bedroom as very warm at night and having to have doors open you get the road traffic noise (though it does quite down around midnight till 7.00). mosquito screens would benefit. Might want to consider having a car park permit for guests as Parking quite pricey at €8 per day. Saying that would fully recommend the property and the Amalfi coast is stunning

Magnificent, magical and memorable
We had a wonderful time visiting the Amalfi Coast. We loved the Garden Villa, especially the views. The ‘few’ (1,844) steps to the beach and back kept us fit! Car parking is a bit of a hassle and it is a shame the owner does not have a residents’ permit for her guests to use. We totally loved Conca as it is away from the hustle and bustle despite the plethora of scooters and local traffic! It is so well located to visit the many places of interest in the surrounding areas. We would definitely recommend it - it was home from home and the nearby convenience store and restaurants were also fantastic.
