"Incredible location on a slope overlooking the lake. The on site manager is warm and attentive. It is secluded from Pucón without being far away. I wish we could have stayed longer. The only real downside is the short unpaved road to the property. We managed fine with an SUV two wheeled drive. 4WD might be helpful but not necessary. "

It is not ultra modern and could seem a little tired but actually feels extremely gracious. We loved it! The ambience is wonderful; the setting is spectacular and the staff attentive without being fussy. "

"The dome rooms were beautiful and rustic and fit in perfectly with the natural surroundings. The interiors were clean and well appointed, with heating and cooling. The bed was super comfortable and the bathroom and shower were good. You couldn’t beat the lakeside location for views and strolls along the volcanic rocky beach. We spent four nights there and could have spent way longer, exploring the beautiful surroundings. "
