"The hotel has very nice grounds and nice view, the closes place is Montanita which is about 10 minutes by bus. When I arrived I was the only guest. The help does not speak any English . The owners are very nice. They come there for the weekend. I had problems with Mosquitos, no hot water. No water, and no electricity. The room I stayed in had very small windows. They have a great breakfast. You should come here only if you have a car"

"This lovely home and area was a great break for my family over Christmas. We enjoyed staying here and felt safe and taken care of for our complete stay. "The place is concrete construction ---with doors that don't close properly nor do they offer any security because they are cheap, wooden doors. The beds are not comfortable and the air conditioning is noisy. The food is mediocre. The security is non existent at night -leaving any guests to fend for themselves.
