This duplex apartment for 1 to 4 people offers you all the comfort you will need on the 2nd and last floor, with independent entrance. The accommodation has two bedrooms, one with a double bed (160x200) and the other with 2 separate beds (90x200) which can be assembled, a bathroom with shower, vanity unit, a separate toilet and a living room with open kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, a hob, a microwave and crockery and a DOLCE GUSTO coffee machine are at your disposal. A Smart TV and fiber WiFi are available free of charge. No hassle parking, with free parking nearby and street parking. Bed and bathroom linen provided.

Entry and departure are autonomous with an electronic key system for which you will receive the unique code by email the day before your arrival.
