Holiday house for 7 people, located in Cómpeta, province of Málaga, Andalusia.

This charming vacation home located in the middle of nature is the ideal place to enjoy a relaxing vacation. Located near the beautiful town of Competa you can also visit the other white towns in the area.

The house is distributed on one floor. It has three bedrooms, the master bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower. The second bedroom has three single beds and the third bedroom has two single beds. There is a second independent bathroom with a shower.

The dining room is integrated into the living room and has enough capacity to receive your entire family. The kitchen, fully furnished, is equipped with everything essential for those who love cooking.

The property has air conditioning in all rooms.

In the outdoor area there is a large covered porch with table and chairs to enjoy pleasant meals, as well as a barbecue area equipped with a summer kitchen. Although, without a doubt, the best thing about the house is the beautiful private pool, which has fantastic mountain views and is surrounded by nature.

The house has a large and spacious parking lot.

The access lane is made of dirt and concrete, it is characterized by curves and slopes, typical of the mountainous area where the house is located.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in Fernandos Haus, einem sehr netten, bescheidenen Gastgeber. Das Haus ist komplett ausgestattet und befindet sich in wunderschöner Lage in der Nähe von Competa. Competa ist ein schönes Dorf mit mehreren Geschäften, Supermärkten und Restaurants. Die Aussicht ist wirklich wunderschön. Der Außenbereich des Hauses ist sehr großzügig und angenehm, da Sie zu jeder Tageszeit irgendwo ein schattiges Plätzchen haben. Der Swimmingpool und der Grill vervollständigen den Außenbereich. Das Haus verfügt über eine Klimaanlage in allen Schlafzimmern und im Wohnzimmer. Sehr schön an Tagen mit 40+. Wie die meisten Ferienhäuser in dieser Gegend liegt dieses Haus etwas weiter vom Dorf entfernt. Mit dem Auto kein Problem, allerdings ist das letzte Stück bis zum Haus sehr anspruchsvoll. Vor allem beim ersten Mal gewöhnt man sich bei der zweiten Fahrt daran. Dafür bekommt man aber eine wunderschöne Aussicht in herrlich ruhiger Umgebung geboten. Wijnebben hat es genossen.

Das Haus verfügt über 3 sehr große Schlafzimmer mit Einbauschränken und zwei sehr große Badezimmer. Es ist sehr geräumig und hell, ganz nach außen gerichtet und mit Fenstern und Moskitonetzen ausgestattet. Die Küche ist riesig und bietet alles, was Sie brauchen. Der Außenbereich ist sehr angenehm, denn er verfügt über schattige und sonnige Bereiche, in denen Sie bequem essen und eine herrliche Aussicht genießen können. Eine 10. Ich würde ohne zu zögern wiederkommen.
