"I waited for 2 hrs to get the room. In Reservation, check-in was confirmed for 8 am. The property gave us the room after 10.30 AM and we were late to go for Maha Kumbh Mela 2025 on 12th Feb 2025. Staff Service Average, Room Cleanliness Nice, Safe surroundings, Nice dining nearby, Zomato / Blinkit available. I will give Average Rating only because we had been given room after 2 hrs and also had to dispute that free breakfast was included in reservation."

"The facility was not fully ready to host guests. The AC window units were not properly installed and were just placed on a table next to the balcony door with the door open to vent the water out. The open balcony door was letting too many mosquitoes in. The floors of the building were under construction and caused a bit inconvenience.
