"Stood at the check in desk for 5 minutes staring at the lady before she finally acknowledged our existence and checked us in. Getting on the elevator there’s dirty panties rolled in a ball in the corner, our room had a used water bottle, casino workers will walk right by you saying “ma’am or sir” "

Housekeeping brought me a broken coffee pot and I had to request another. Disappointing free WiFi only includes two devices. There’s a ridiculous charge for additional devices. Hotel renovations are a pleasant change. Hope rates don’t increase as a result."

It must have been a group because other people kept coming to the door talking. It was awful and we had to get up early to depart. I didn’t get much sleep. I did mention it to the front desk "
