"What a lovely spot. So peaceful with on the sounds of ducks cockerels and donkey’s for a bit of background atmosphere. Located in the French countryside with close local amenities. And most of the place we visited were only 30 mins drive away. Abbevile close with great train links to Paris where we spent a great day and Amiens just over an hour drive Was about 1 hour 30 mins drive to visit the world war 1 memorial sites, well worth the drive. "The property is a lovely old fishermans cottage. Set over 2 floors and with an adequately equipped kitchen and bathroom. Close enough to the centre of Le Crotoy to stroll to, yet far enough away from the centre for peace and quiet. This made a great base for our visit to the area. We would definitely stay there again."

Literie confortable, lit fait à notre arrivée. Petit bémol : noté dans l'annonce, un lit 160cm dans une chambre, nous avons eu des 140cm dans les 2. Manque un rideau de douche pour le confort. "Despite it being very low season and most of St Valery sur Somme being shut for annual holidays, we had a lovely time. We were aware beforehand that this was the case. We have stayed at this lovey Gite before and it was fabulous then. Situated in the heart of the town it has beautiful views over the bay and is a lovely cosy fisherman’s cottage. Great facilities and beautifully clean. The check in was as easy as always and we hope to stay again. Thank you."

"We had a really good stay and found the accommodation extremely good with the single exception of parking - this is complicated and not free (unless you want a 20 minute walk to your car) but, given how central it is, close to the square, shops and restaurants, this wasn't a problem. There are lots of great walks and a trip on the railway is a must! The owners have prepared a very detailed and comprehensive set of guides, so everyone will find something they like. Highly recommended."

"Haus hat uns sehr gefallen und Garten hätte uns zu einer anderen Jahreszeit auch gefallen. Lage zentral, aber nicht laut. Vermieter war sehr hilfsbereit. Mit der Ausstattung waren wir ebenfalls zufrieden. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Erkundung der Region. Aufgrund der Historie des Hauses hat man ein wenig das Lebensgefühl der Ansässigen aufgenommen.wir kommen wieder. "

"Wonderful stay, private and very secure parking, inclusive. Private garden, with sun loungers, table, chairs and BBQ . Plenty of open space inside, all clean and tidy. Would definitely stay here again."

"A little disappointed! Unfortunately we arrived in wet weather and couldn't gain access to the property. We assumed that we would be met, but apparently we needed to contact the non English speaking caretaker and our french is not conversational. Fortunately we were able to contact the owner who was able to arrange access. The property was generally functional, except for very steep stairs which gained access to the two bedrooms and bathroom towards the front. The stairs to the bedroom at the...

"Seulement une nuit mais nous avons été tout de suite très bien accueilli par nos hôtes près des box avec une première présentation des chevaux / poneys pour le plus grand plaisir des enfants qui ont vécu une très belle expérience (ils en parlent encore). La chambre pour les enfants est juste incroyable, une grande pièce très bien aménagée. Et puis le gîte est très bien situé pour visiter la côte."

"Fantastic pet friendly hotel, small Carrefour opposite to get any supplies you need. Bus to the city a few minutes walk from hotel which you pay for by tapping your credit or debit card on the bus. Bus took less than 10 minutes to centre of town. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking and no height barrier."
