"Excellent, with a few constructive complaints for management: Bathroom door hinge makes unexpected loud noise in order to fully push it shut (a problem only at night and if staying with 2 or more guests) and breakfast room cleanup staff makes extremely loud clanking noises with dishes."

"While it is slightly outside of the town center, this is a very well-kept, clean, friendly establishment with nice beds and environs. Only a 15-min drive into historic Parma with easy access to the highway. Definitely recommended!"

Every time we went in or out the person at the front desk was smiling and polite. Room was excellent. Location is perfect. Rooftop deck for a drink (though a cover over one of the exposed decks would have been nice to enjoy a view of the city (too hot in the sun)."
