Amplias habitaciones. Estacionamiento. Luce bonito por fuera. No me gustó que tiene detalles en los cuartos,. La taza del baño rota. Nunca salió agua caliente para poder bañarse, pedí cobertores extras y no me dieron. No hay calefacción. No te dejan shampoo y jabon en el baño.

No tenían terminal para pagar con tarjeta,,,
No tenían mi reservación a la mano, la persona que checa el sistema sale a las 5:00 pm, tuve que hablar a servicio al cliente de Hotels.com, tuve que ir a pagar a otro hotel pues la terminal para l tarjeta no servía, la persona de la recepción fue muy amable!
