SCAM! DO NOT STAY HERE!
Our reservation was canceled by management a few hours prior to check in. We had two rooms and the owner canceled both. Her response was that she was full. This is unacceptable and this hotel should be removed from any booking site. This seems to be a trend at this hotel. Do not stay here--you will end up having to find a new hotel last minute!

La falta de personal es más que evidente, la habitación no contaba con vasos, toallas completas, botellas de agua, jabones, tapetes del baño etc. Incluso cuando me registré no contaban con terminal para hacerme el cobro del hospedaje.

Falta mejorar l atención al cliente, hice un pago que incluia desayuno que al llegar ni siquiera había pagado y ya me estaban diciendo que no lo incluiría (no hubo un reembolso por eso); no querían cobrarme en tarjeta. Tampoco me quisieron hacer la cancelación de la habitación por medio de la app para que yo no pagara la cancelación. La tina de la habitación tenía rota una llave. De la regadera salía muy poca agua y avise en recepción y nadie subió a revisar. El chavo de la noche muy atentó pero la de la mañana le falta empatía con el cliente No había ni buenos días ni un saludo nada, las instalaciones lucen muy bonitas pero el servicio al cliente es muy muy desepcionante

La estancia fue cancelada por el administrador del hotel y nos notificaron hasta el momento en que quisimos hacer el check in, todo fue comunicación por WhatsApp con el encargado de recepción, jamás se ofreció una explicación ni una disculpa El chico de recepción no tenía la habilidad de resolver el problema y simplemente nos dejaron esperando en la estancia de entrada hasta encontrar otro hotel con disponibilidad por nuestros propios medios. En ese momento habían otros huéspedes en la misma situación y la excusa fue que no era problema del hotel sino de la plataforma hoteles.com y que nos arreglaramos con la plataforma.

No es hotel boutique
No considero que deba de llamarse hotel boutique, es una casa con habitaciones, muchas áreas en la habitación descuidadas (humedades, cortina en la ducha de plástico, cortinas viejas, entra luz por todos lados al igual que el sonido)
