"Excellent séjour dans le beau gîte de Anne et Alfred, anciennes écuries rénovées, avec préservation de tout le charme et le cachet du lieu d'origine ! Idéal pour une soirée conviviale au coin du feu et un bon dodo à l'étage ! Et super accueil de Anne, qui se fera une joie de vous partager l'histoire du lieu Nous n'avons pas eu le temps de profiter des 14 hectares servant à la protection des animaux, nous espérons revenir une prochaine fois pour ça! Encore merci pour cette belle parenthèse...

"This was an amazing place to stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in this cottage. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, bedding was good quality. It took us a few days to get used to the pillows, as they are very different to pillows used in UK, but this is only a small matter. We were brave and used the swimming pool, despite the slightly cool weather. The gardens are huge but unfortunately we were not able to mae the most of all of the space as the weather didn't really favour sitting...

"This gite, created in a traditional French stone building, with its own garden to sit out in, is a place to get away from it all. The entrance is up stone steps to a large combined living room and kitchen. Wooden open stairs lead to the bedroom and bathroom. It is quite spacious, though you have to duck to get round one side of the bed! The owners are very helpful if anything goes wrong, and provided a bottle of wine as a welcome when we arrived. "We absolutely loved our stay at the house. It has all you need for a very comfortable holiday. The location is so peaceful and perfect to retreat to at the end of a lovely day in either Brittany or Normandy. The beaches of Brittany are a drive away but well worth the effort and there are many local historic towns to visit too. The owner Jean is extremely nice and very helpful whilst simply allowing you to enjoy your stay. We have no hesitation in recommending this lovely house and will return...

"The property is not as shown in photos on website. These photos are from several years ago and do not reflect it’s current state. It is very tired and in need of an update. For the price paid I would not expect to arrive and have bed sheets that were many years old (they were clean), a broken toilet seat and a dirty barbecue! Whilst the village is very rural there is nothing there so please ensure you stock up on supplies."
