Le descriptif de l'appartement indiqué : vue sur le mont Mont-blanc et lit 160. Ce n'était pas un lit mais un BZ en 140. Très inconfortable avec un matelas très fin. Et nous n'avions pas vue sur le Mont-blanc. Contact téléphonique glacial et désagréable. Malgré notre contestation nous n'avons pas été relogé. L'immeuble est situé devant une rue passante et très bruyante. Grosse déception

Parfait pour 2 nuits
3 jours 2 nuits pour se dépayser. L’appart est situé dans le centre de Combloux sur la route qui mène à Megève. Les commerces sont à proximité immédiate. Il fait par contre prendre la voiture pour arriver au pied des pistes. L’appart est propre et bien équipé. La dalle au sol résonne un peu. Il faudrait mettre des patins aux chaises pour réduire les bruits.

C'est honteux ! pas d'eau chaude mais juste tiède, pas d'ustensile pour cuisiner ( aucun plat ! ) les plaque de cusson qui ne marche pas, arriver à l'hôtel aucun accueil et aucune explication sur la réservation pour expliquer le système de clés ! Et facturer 45euros de ménage pour un appart ou l'on n'a meme pas pu manger et ou on n'a pas pu prendre une douche chaude ! Le confort de la chambre : mauvaise literie et mal agencer on doit monter sur la table pour fermer les voler ! De l'arnaque à 170 euros deux nuits on s'attend à un minimum !

Nous sommes une entreprise et avions réservé un logement à notre arrivée il y a eu un changement le logement était plus petit pour avoir un logement décent nous avons du payer un surcout de 100€ avec l'aide de Karen après avoir récupéré le nouveau logement le ménage n’était pas fait en bref pour faire court sur le papier c’était bien mais un vrai soucis a l arrivée heureusement qu il y avait de bonne volonté au téléphone pour essayer de résoudre le problème

Nous avons été très déçus de devoir payer 45 euros de ménage (qui n'étaient pas précisés avant de conclure la location et au final vitres sales, appuis de fenêtre tous poussiéreux à l'intérieur!!), pas de bols, pas de couteau à pain juste couteaux à bouts ronds qui ne coupent rien et 3 cuillères à café. Nous retournerons à Combloux que nous connaissions déjà mais pas dans cette location ou alors s'il ne faut pas payer ménage. J'estime que si on facture le ménage on est en droit d'attendre un appart nickel. L'hôtel est bien situé, mais pas d'équipement (on doit apporter nos draps et nos serviettes de toilettes, papier wc...
