"We really enjoyed our stay here. It's minutes walk from the downtown center of Beaune and was a very spacious unit. As mentioned in several reviews, the stairs up are reminiscent of an old castle staircase, what you would expect in a home of this age in Beaune, so if you can't stand to carry your bag up stairs, it wouldn't be for you. We are middle-age and healthy so we had no issue. I would definitely stay at this unit again."

Immaculately clean and exceptionally comfortable, it's the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle. "Audrey was very helpful, kind and easy to reach. The apartment was perfect for our stay for a few days. Well furnished and spotless, with well-equipped kitchen. On street, but quiet, quiet cute little cobbled street. All day parking about 100 yds away, 10€ a day. Very convenient. Restaurants all busy, so book well in advance ! "A lovely clean, well-designed and light apartment which is very well-equipped. The host Joce was away during our stay but her daughter Joan was magnificent. We had a medical emergency and she took us to hospital, managed the admission process and was on hand to offer further help. I cannot thank her enough. "We had a really nice stay. House is very nice, only downside are the huge amount of decoration which is kind of difficult with kids since a lot is breakable. Wonderful and huge garden. Beautiful surrounding and villages with all you need close by (5 km)"

"Sylvie’s place could not have been in a better location. Everything is either right outside of the building or within a 5-6 minute walk. We had a 1 year old baby with us so it was great to be able to pop back to the apartment for nap times and then be right back out in the action after the naps ended. This was the third stop on our tour of France and it was great to finally have A/C. It was a relief to come back to a nice cool air conditioned apartment. Would absolutely stay again"

"Excellent apartment: very clean with everything you need. We especially appreciated the lovely thick towels! Brigitte is a wonderful host: very friendly and helpful with tips for places to visit, yet also discrete. There are plenty of places to visit from Pontoux: we particularly liked Beaune and Dole, but also the waterfalls at Beaune-Les-Messieurs."

We were in a top level room which was on the third floor - be aware there is no lift as you would expect staying in a heritage building. "The house and lovely shady park suited us very well as the weather was very hot. However the kitchen was far too small and inconvenient for a large number of people. We had problems with the pool, the water turned green and the cover jammed. These problems were dealt with very quickly by the manager."
