"The hotel staff were welcoming and the first impression as you walk in to the lobby is impressive. Our room was clean, comfortable and stylish. The spa staff were super friendly and helpful too, Gym facilities are fairly small and not many machines however adequate for a hotel gym. We found the really cool cocktail bar, ‘the vault’, to the right of the lobby somewhat by accident and tried to go in for a cocktail but were greeted with a rude response from the bar staff as we didn’t have a reservation and made to feel that we were an inconvenience as they had a private function in the back room, this made us uncomfortable so we left. The main bar off the lobby is a beautiful space however we didn’t use it as we were exploring in the unexpected 60cm of snow that graced our trip. Great time, great hotel, great city "

"Very easy check in, very friendly concierge, with wonderful English. The room was very clean and well laid out, if a little too warm. The breakfast options could be slightly more continental, the prices were very good. The hotel even had an on site spa. "

The rooms are very comfortable with plenty of space. The service was excellent, we went on a day trip and missed the breakfast so the hotel provided a take away pack. "

"It is a clean, well run property. Nice and helpful staff . It's in a pedestrian only zone . But a safe pickup place for Uber,Bolt, or taxis us just a few meters away. My only complaint is that they keep it much too warm. The only way to keep the room comfortable was to turn off the heat - it was heated well enough from the hallway. "
