The breakfast area doubles as a "bar" upon request and there are 3 elliptical type machines in the common area on the 3rd floor that functions as the gym. It is 20 minutes by car outside of the City Center where all the activities are. There are a few dining options that are within walking distance."

"My overall impression was that this was a wonderful hotel. The majority of the staff was enthuisastically helpful, but there were a couple that just weren't. Maybe it was a language barrier. My only real complaint is location. It was just out of reach of the metro, which meant that I still had to get a cab to get there."

"We enjoyed a one night stay here. Giacomo greeted us upon our arrival and provided instructions for bringing in the luggage and use of the apartment. We enjoyed the modern kitchen and were able to have dinner there. The view from the balcony overlooking Lake Maggiore was spectacular. There was a nice little outdoor area in front with some chairs. Giacomo was on standby for several questions by phone as we were getting settled in. "
