"Had 3 lovely days at Brooksyde. A very comfortable house, a home form home seaside retreat. A great base to visit Lyme Regis, Sidmouth etc. Beer is a really lovely little village with a few independent shops and restaurants. The voucher for the next door shop was a nice surprise. Would highly recommend "

"The Hayloft was an amazing place to stay x The views were amazing especially at sunset. The bedrooms were lovely all en-suite and with extra touches like a hairdryer in every one. The games room was brilliant for a game of ping pong, air hockey and darts. We had a wonderful family weekend thank you Nanette"

"We stayed over NYE the house was absolutely beautiful. Home from home, rustic and tastefully decorated keeping the charm of the property. We stayed in most of the time cooking huge meals and the kitchen and dining area is perfect for that. Have already recommended it to a family member. Thank you. "

"the property is as the Vrbo description The beds were so comfortable. just to make people aware the property is not fully enclosed as if you have inquisitive dogs as mine are they can get into the wood at the side of the garden over a muddy stream then onto a road and leading to fields with livestock in. The garden is a wonderful size for doge to run around in and the outside hose is a great edition to wash down your pets as we had to do on many occasions. We were visited by a deer one morning...

"Just got back from a great stay at Lyme Barn. Property is spot on for a couple, great access to the best spots on the Jurassic Coast. Ruthie (out host) was lovely- brilliant to communicate with and that makes all the difference. Location is close to the A35 so some road noise which we knew about beforehand and didn't bother us a bit. Looking forward to coming back."

"This a sizeable property and well placed for easy access to Beach, Town and shops. It has 5 bedrooms including a downstairs bedroom and en-suite. Some updating needed of facilities which has been fed back. However, this was a great success as it’s very hard to find suitable accommodation for people with mobility issues and I was staying with my parents who are 88 & 89 respectively. It had a small enclosed garden which is perfect for Animals and small humans a like. Lots of toys for children are...

"Excellent family house for celebrating a70th and 40th birthdays . The owners were very generous with the heating. "

"We were a family of 5 (2 adults, 2 kids under seven and one grandparent) and we stayed at Purley for three nights. The property is well sized and sparingly but tastefully furnished. The kitchen has lots of kids crockery but the board games are ancient or have bits missing so bring your own. The outdoor space at the back needs some love and isn’t very child friendly (brambles, steep uneven steps) but we didn’t spend much time there as the beach is 5 mins walk away. "What can I say, a truly exceptional property in a great location. Property very clean, well maintained and had everything that we needed and I would have no hesitation in recommending it. Would also recommend the nearby Greendale farm shop as a really good place to eat! "
