"The property was spotlessly clean and in great condition. Beds were very comfortable and overall it was very cosy with easy access to the beach. The indoor swimming pool was a great hit with our kid and there was lots to do nearby. The kitchen was fitted with all necessary appliances and utensils, but there was no chopping board which was a bit of a challenge while cooking. "Really nice caravan with a good layout, next to the beach. Advert did not make it clear we would have to purchase entertainment passes- £44 for a family for 2 nights, very expensive for what it is."

"A little confusing how to check in when arriving late, but team were welcoming and everything was clean. Just be aware the pod is basic, I used two mattresses together to make the bed more comfy!"

"Pros: Great house fully equipped. Found the sofas really comfy so all 6 of us could enjoy chilling in the evening so massive TV. AMAZING view esp from main bedroom. Powerful shower / roomy bathroom. Parking for 2 cars. Location perfect for us and not far from all the Zipworlds! Cons: My 5ft 10iin 14 year (and the 12 year old) old found the single beds on the small side as they were up against the walls. "the rooms were very nice and clean, the downside was on the days that the weather was bad, we were cold, the little heater in the sitting room did not warm up the room. The window in the kitchen was open and was too high to reach and close. The shower stall could do with some sort of mat to prevent anyone slipping and hurting themselves. The beds were very comfortable and clean. The hallway and stairs to our room was always clean."

"Good location. Excellent friendly staff. Car parking ok but narrow access to it. The one in the High Street was easy access, but tendency for it to be blocked by service vans. Would, without hesitation recommend The Castle Hotel Conwy."
