"The resort is beautiful. Was so nice to relax and use the pool and room service. The music outside the room however played all day and into the night - it was loud and repetitive lift music that did not aid in relaxation. The spa was amazing! Reception tried to charge us 2500 rupees for a taxi to the airport, when the standard is 1200 rupees. "

"I had an amazing stay at Beleza which is located right next to an amazing beach. The buffet breakfast has a great range of indian and continental dishes and staff are friendly throughout. The resort has a chilled energy which is great for relaxing and I felt very safe and looked after as a solo traveller. I would recommend the spa for their signature massage. Taxi and dinner prices can be a little pricey but useful if not leaving the resort."

"The only thing about the hotel is the fridge doesn’t work n they keep leaving water everyday. We have stayed here twice but the pool this time wasn’t very clean."

"Damp & dirty and girls cleaning the rooms were told to uses the same sheets as much as possible and the bed linen was changes once a week. The people who I met told me not to eat in the restaurant as they got bad tummys from the food which was great advice. Overall it was just a place to get my head down but the cost for 20 nights was £633 which was over the top for this hotel, I stayed in better places in colva for less?? "

"My fiancé and I booked a night at The Beach House. It was an amazing stay. Everything is so well looked after and well organised. Clean bathrooms and toilets, comfortable bed (which was much needed)—was a relaxing stay! Everything was taken care of. There was a bit of confusion at the reception with our IDs but that was handled well. We arranged for a couple massage and that was brought right up to us. We really appreciated the service 10/10. "I had a great stay at Grand Hyatt Goa, and the staff truly made a difference. Celestina handled both check-in and check-out smoothly, making the process completely hassle-free. She also sent small treats to our room each day, which was a thoughtful touch and she made our stay even more enjoyable. A big thank you to Sonu from housekeeping, who was quick to bring us extra towels and water whenever we needed them. His help made our stay more comfortable, and it didn’t go unnoticed. The hotel itself is beautiful, but it’s really the people who make it stand out. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality made our experience better, and I’d absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!"

"Beautiful property, great staff. Our waiter Mr Gladney was superb, he knew everything on the menu so well & enjoyed our amazing lunch because of him and also the chefs at Taj. We also loved Mr Cedric the Singer at the hotel, every evening at the pub he saw lovely classic & modern songs , we loved his singing. We ordered room service & they made us off menu items on request, thank you the the chef & room service team. Overall highly recommend TAJ, they always go above & beyond expectations. Well done to Taj team. "
