Welcome to The Goodale Overlook! This 2 bedroom, 3 full bath Victorian Village escape, sleeps 3 - 4. Our property overlooks the beautiful Goodale Park, as well as the Columbus skyline. Walkable to local favorites such as Marcella’s, The Pearl, Jeni’s Splendid Ice Cream, and so much more. This is a prime location in the heart of the city for nightlife, weekend getaways, business, and conventions! Close to downtown, Short North, The Greater Columbus Convention Center, wedding venues, and The Ohio State University.
The Space:
The Goodale Overlook is a historic and spacious 2-bedroom, 3-bath upper unit designed for a rejuvenating stay. Our home is on the second and third level of a duplex overlooking Goodale Park and includes three walk-in showers, a living room, and WFH area. Our kitchen features stainless steel appliances and is fully stocked with cookware for your use. The 2nd floor space has a kitchen, bedroom, 2 full bathrooms, and a large living room that over looks the park. Up on the 3rd level is a spacious en-suite bedroom with large bathroom. Enjoy the views!
Enjoy shared use of the fenced backyard with our neighbor on the main level. Also there is 1 off-street parking space for free in the rear of the property. This space is 2 total spaces, and 1 for each apartment is included with your rental.
Guest Access:
Guests will have full exclusive access to the upper unit of the duplex.

This property is in a stunning location directly across the street from Goodale Park in the Victorian Village (a historic and beautiful part of downtown), conveniently located near many attractions and top rated Columbus restaurants. The Short North is a great walkable neighborhood with over 50 bars and restaurants along the High Street corridor. We are surrounded by beautifully restored historic homes and local attractions. - Also a Lucky's Market grocery store is opening soon 1 block away!

Other Things to Note:
Guests must provide a valid driver’s license or ID and sign our Rental Agreement after booking to receive arrival instructions. Parties & unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited, and hosts reserve the right to withhold arrival instructions of confirmed reservations from guests with negative or low reviews, are under 25 years old and/or live closer than 100 miles from the home at the host's discretion in an effort to ensure the safety and security of our community, (impacted guests will be notified shortly after booking, and a full refund will be provided if the guest cancels the reservation in a timely manner).
PET FEES: Guests are required to disclose how many pets will enter the home. A one-time fee will be required based on the length of stay for the following amounts:
$35 (Less than 5 nights)
$50 (5 - 30 nights)
$100 (30+ nights prorated daily, or $75 for each additional full month booked)
