Guest Access:
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire townhouse and rooftop area.

The Neighborhood:
The downtown Columbus and Old Towne East are buildings of culture, art, design, and education. Columbus Metropolitan Library and the Columbus Museum of Art are both located within the district. Also, there are numerous educational options within this district. Located in the district are the Columbus College of Art and Design, which was founded in 1879 as the Columbus Art School and enrolls roughly 1,300 students, and the Capital University Law School. The area allows for easy accessibility to everything Columbus has to offer including the Arena District, German Village, Short North, Crew Stadium, and is 10 minutes from Port Columbus International Airport.

Other Things to Note:
Guests must provide a valid driver’s license or ID and sign our Rental Agreement after booking to receive arrival instructions. Parties & unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited, and hosts reserve the right to withhold arrival instructions of confirmed reservations from guests with negative or low reviews, are under 25 years old and/or live closer than 100 miles from the home at the host's discretion in an effort to ensure the safety and security of our community, (impacted guests will be notified shortly after booking, and a full refund will be provided if the guest cancels the reservation in a timely manner).

PET FEES: Guests are required to disclose how many pets will enter the home. A one-time fee will be required based on the length of stay for the following amounts:

$35 (Less than 5 nights)
$50 (5 - 30 nights)
$100 (30+ nights prorated daily, or $75 for each additional full month booked)
