**HOUSE PERKS**
- Fully Equipped Kitchen: Includes fridge/freezer, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, blender, and coffee maker. Essential kitchenware such as plates, cups, cookware, utensils, and paper towels are provided.
- Coffee & Essentials: We provide coffee, creamer, sweetener, cooking spray, olive oil, and basic seasonings (salt & pepper).
- Comfort & Convenience: Fresh bath towels, a hairdryer, and shower essentials are available. Each bedroom features a designated closet with hangers, and there’s also an iron and ironing board for your use.
- Entertainment: Enjoy a selection of games, or unwind with the large flat-screen TV in the living area (though we do recommend spending time outdoors!).
- Outdoor Amenities: A BBQ smoker is available in the backyard for grilling.
- Parking: Guests can park on the street directly in front of the house, though spaces fill up quickly—especially during lunch hours when the restaurant across the street, Minnie’s, is busy.

- Eligibility: We welcome guests of all backgrounds, but due to previous issues, we will only accept booking requests from:
- Verified Airbnb users with positive reviews
- Guests 25 years or older
- Guests without pets
- A maximum of six guests per reservation (no exceptions).
- No Parties or Events: To respect our neighbors and preserve the property for future guests, we do not permit events, gatherings, or parties.
- For Families with Infants: Please note that this house is not baby-proofed. There are no outlet covers, furniture is not secured to walls, and cabinets/drawers are not childproofed.
**CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT INFO**
- Check-in Time: Between 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM (Eastern Standard Time).
- Check-out Time: By 10:00 AM.
- Check-in Instructions: Detailed check-in instructions, including a key code for entry, will be sent via Airbnb messenger on the morning of your scheduled arrival.

Other Things to Note:
There is no assigned parking spot for the bungalow. Its a first come on any available parking spots in front of the house. The spots usually fill up fast during lunchtime due to the famous Minnie's restaurant across the street.
