We booked this listing months ago for a special event in the area. We received the email with address and access code to the lock box a couple days before the trip. When we arrived there was no lock box. We immediately called the listing and were told by Alison that there was a mistake and the apartment was not available. She said they have no where else to put us in the area and told us we have to reach out to Vrbo to find other accommodations. We drove hours and ended up not having a place to stay and had to find a place last minute for double the cost. It’s absolutely unacceptable to put up a listing that isn’t available. I would not recommend this host under any circumstances.

Our stay at this listing was wonderful! The property was well maintained, clean, and comfortable. Management was accommodating and easy to reach. Overall, it was a great experience and I would stay here again.

When we arrived at the address, someone was living in the apartment. I h ad just gotten an email on May 7 confirming the rental with the address and room key number. When we got there could not get in and someone living there. We had to get on the phone and find a motel for the weekend.

Nice comfortable place to stay
Property is located in a very nice apartment complex that is family friendly, has beautiful landscape and walking trails and is very pet friendly. It was nice to have all the amenities that we needed while our home was being renovated. We had to extend our stay last minute and they were kind enough to adjust our stay for us.
