Many places claim "Best location". But this beautiful home is located in the Heart of the Short North. Steps away from the best restaurants, bars, and shops. This is a walkers paradise, boasting a 95 walk score!

This home is absolutely perfect for a week and or weekend getaway with friends, family, and Co-workers to enjoy all that the wonderful city of Columbus has to offer.

The Space:
This home has a very open floorpan with brand new appliances, both bathrooms newly remodeled, spacious/private fenced in backyard/patio.


MAIN FLOOR:
The main floor includes an awesome living space to relax and enjoy your favorite shows and movies. It also includes a dining area and full bathroom. Guests will be able to enjoy the exposed brick wall and new granite countertops. Also, on the main level you will have access to the Washer/Dryer.


SECOND FLOOR:
Up the stairs to the second floor, you will walk into a beautiful office space that has a futon for sleeping and a television. From there you can access the two main bedrooms that both have the most comfortable queen sized beds. Between them is the full bathroom upstairs that is newly renovated with a spacious tile shower.

PATIO:
Enjoy some fresh air on the beautiful front patio. The back patio is fully fenced in for privacy and has outdoor seating and a grill.

PARKING:
Behind the home along the fence of the backyard, there is a parking spot available for one vehicle. Street parking in front of the house is not free.

Short North
The property had a great location. Walkable to many restaurants, bars and shops. We were sad that we only had one night to spend there. The parking in the back was perfect. Our only issues were with some supplies. The hand soap was so low in the bathrooms that we couldn't get much out and there were no trash bags for the main trash can in the kitchen.

Brilliant location, impeccable home
We loved the walkability of this home. It is rare to have such great and secure off street parking. We traveled with two 13 year olds and there was ample space to spread out. Coffee on the porch in the morning and a cocktail in the evening watching a rain storm was a treasure. The home was very clean and well appointed. We highly recommend 788 Kerr to those wanting to feel apart of and the privilege of separating from the liveliness of Columbus’ Short North.

Incredible location near Greater Columbus Convention Center and Short North
Comfort, cute air conditioned small townhouse with great location just steps away from the night life and restaurants of Short North. Clean, recent renovated house with everything you need for an enjoyable stay. Nice small backyard with grill and fire pit but didn’t use it because of the hot weather Would definitely return again if in town. Small caveat: stairs to the bedrooms are a little steep but should not a major drawback for most people.
