Our 2nd stay here in a week. 1st stay I’d rate 5 stars, even though there was no hair dryer and no parking pass issued. Receptionist and staff were excellent.2nd stay we found our room was not ready. Receptionist was very helpful, but on her phone the entire time and angrily talking to whomever. We were offered nothing for the inconvenience of having to switch rooms. The carpet in our room is deeply stained. It was clean, however. Breakfasts are very nice.

We had a few rooms for our group. All of them had issues, some of them unacceptable. Dirty floors, no tv remote, no garbage cans, a broken lock to the adjoining room which meant that the other guests (not with our group) could gain access to our room. In one case, when checking in late, we were given a room where the bed was still unmade and dirty towels were in the bathroom from previous guests.

The entire property is need of repair. We travel to Columbus quite often and have never seen anything like this. The floor throughout the property is filthy at all times, the towel bar in our bathroom was hanging on by a thread and several floor tiles in the bathroom were loose. Unless you have no other choice, don't stay here.

Comfy but concerns
The hotel room was clean and the beds are super comfortable! The lobby and hallways often smelled of marijuana. I know it’s now legal but I personally don’t want to smell it. The lobby where you eat breakfast was hot and had many gnats or fruit flies. Breakfast was not ready on time and we had to leave early each day for our horse show.

It just felt very dirty, many things looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a long time. The fridge in our room had been unplugged and leaked water all over the floor, there was hair left in the bath tub and sink and lights flickering in the room randomly. The upfront staff was very kind however, but i wouldn't recommend staying here regardless.

Not the cleanest. Broken window shade. Out of soap. Staff is courteous. Signs in the parking lot read "management not responsible for theft." Take from that what you will.
