Historic Downtown Lofts
Welcome to our spacious loft nestled in a piece of history—the former Coca Cola bottling building, constructed in 1920. This unique 1-bedroom loft, one of two available, offers a charming blend of vintage character and modern comforts.
Situated just off main street downtown, our loft provides easy access to the area's finest attractions, and quick access to highway 82.
The Space:
Step inside to discover a spacious living area adorned with oversized leather seating, perfect for lounging and unwinding after a day of exploration. The loft features a queen-size bed, and the open floor plan seamlessly connects the bedroom to the living and dining areas, providing ample room for relaxation and entertainment. With 12-foot ceilings and original hardwood floors, the space exudes an inviting ambiance that pays homage to its historic roots.
Immerse yourself in the local culture as you stroll to nearby restaurants, boutiques, and nightlife hotspots. Indulge your sweet tooth at the nearby bakery or savor a cup of coffee at the charming coffee shop—all within walking distance.
For outdoor enthusiasts, the river walk and soccer fields are just a short walk away, offering opportunities for leisurely strolls or recreational activities. Additionally, MUW (Mississippi University for Women) is conveniently located nearby, making our loft an ideal choice for visiting academics or prospective students.
The loft is located on the second floor and requires navigating stairs. However, the prime location makes it well worth the ascent.
Whether you're visiting for business or pleasure, our loft offers the ideal retreat to unwind after a day of exploration. Book your stay today and experience the allure of downtown living in our historic gem.
Please note that our charming loft is located above an event venue, which occasionally hosts wedding receptions, birthday parties, and live bands. While this adds to the vibrant atmosphere of the area and is perfect for guests attending these events, it's important to be aware that you may hear music until 1030pm on some evenings.
Additionally, as this building boasts over a century of history, it comes with its own quirks and charms. The original hardwood floors, over 100 years old, may have a slight unevenness and occasionally emit a nostalgic squeak. We believe these imperfections only add to the character and unique appeal of the space, allowing guests to immerse themselves in its rich history and charm.
