"I loved the room having bottled soap, lotion, shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom. Better than having those tiny bottles. "

"The were some real disappointments with this reservation/property. I called later after booking to confirm accessible room and add a room and was told it was handled. We got neither. Was even told they don't have accessible rooms, which is hard to understand because it is required by statute as far as I know. AC didn't work in one room. Smoke alarm hanging from ceiling by the wires in another. General disrepair. Staff was nor responsive to our issues."
