Stopped by for a night on my roadtrip. Hotel was clean, check-in and check-out were very quick. I arrived around 8:30pm and was able to get food and other items as there were many restaurants and shops still open around. Also appreciated the fact that the hotel was only a 15 minute drive from downtown, so I was able to visit before resuming my road trip.

first stop on a 2 day ride and it was perfect. I was exhausted, check in was fast and easy. room clean, bed was super comfortable, enjoyed the shower. breakfast was good! spinach quiche turkey sausage waffles.

I'm not sure what her name was but the lady that helped me check in on Feb. 1 2025 at 3:00pm was very helpful and cordial. You could tell she actually loves her job I walked in and out a few times and each time she was being very attentive to every person that was checking in. She was answering one person's 20 questions with ease and helpfulness. The accomodations were very nice and clean and organized!!! I will definitely be returning there in the future!!! 5***** hands down

Excellent Stay – Highly Recommend! I recently stayed at Fairfield Inn & Suites, and it exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring every aspect of my stay was perfect. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the modern amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and I appreciated the attention to detail, such as the complimentary toiletries. The hotel’s location was ideal, close to Walmart, Target & plenty of food restaurants nearby, making it easy to explore the area. I also took advantage of the pool which was well-maintained and added to the overall experience. Overall, Fairfield Inn & Suites offers excellent value for money, with outstanding service and top-notch facilities. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Columbus/Grove City area.

Over all, a great place to spend the week, everything worked, could have had an office chair that rolled but i got by with what was there. Did not like the breakfast bar starting at 6:30am - should be 6am for those of us who is on a time schedule.
