Unsafe neighborhood
The pictures are extremely misleading. The house itself is in good condition but the neighborhood is unsafe. Houses on street are condemned and boarded up. When arriving there was a heavy police presence for the house directly across the street, chose to stay in a hotel instead and owner refused reimbursement as it is not their responsibility for the safety is the neighborhood.

Nice house, rough neighborhood
House was clean and nice inside. Kitchen could use more items, only 4 glasses for 8 person home. Garbage littered the front of the house and a huge pile of garbage was piled in the back by the garage entrance. It looked like it had been there for quite some time. We asked where to put our trash and host said look for a metal bin somewhere but the only one we saw was on the school yard premises. We cleaned up the front yard garbage but much more accumulated as the week wore on. The house next door had two dogs with no fence. Very intimidating looking dogs and dogs bark constantly at all hours day and night. There was partying on the weekend in adjacent homes adding more noise to the nights. Unfortunately I would not stay again or recommend. We paid lot of $ and feel the experience was very poor.

Our overall stay was really nice. Unfortunately the outsdie trash had gotten forgotten about the week before and was knocked over and spread through the front yard when we first arrived so I did give a 4 star rating for that because it was kinda gross to see that as our first impression when we arrived. There was also a bit of lack of communication initially. We did have to reach out personally to the property manager to get the door key at arrival as well so I gave a 4 star rating for that as well. Lastly I also gave 4 stars for the accuracy of the pictures. I personally feel like it's hard to get an idea of the layout of the house through the pictures and the description. The loft bedroom is only accessible through the master bedroom. We were traveling were our kids so I actually really liked the layout and knowing my children had to come to my bedroom first thing in the morning and couldn't just have free acess to the house but we didn't know that until arrival. Aside from that communication was great, the property manager replied promptly and was very helpful. The inside was clean and very nice to stay in and the neighbors were very kind. We enjoyed our stay and would absolutely enjoy staying in this rental again.

The house was very clean. It was in a good location and had everything needed for a perfect stay. It was really easy to communicate with the owners/property manager and had no issues at all. Highly recommend!
